1)I'd like to see these sources cited
2)Half the information I learned in my first year of college were on English textbooks written three years earlier so by their mentally retarded math only a quarter of what I learned Freshman year was of any use. Which is simply NOT TRUE.
3)Soon China will have the most English speaking persons of any country... You know what I say to that?
We won.

Thank you, and God bless.
And what exactly makes you think what they said applies to every single class taken? I think it's obvious what they said applies a lot more to CS or social science courses than to history, math, or English. Duh.
We won? What exactly did we win? History ain't over yet. You're right about source citation, though. A lot of it makes sense on a logical level, but it would still help its credibility.
We won since their speaking our (the West's) language, learning our medicine, and researching our science.
No you could argue that those things are natural to the known universe. And you'd be right, but it was Western Civilization that figured them out and mastered them first. Just as we remember the Egyptians for their fancy geometric shapes of stone; the future citizens of Earth will remember the West as the source of the technological renovations of the twentieth and at the very least early twenty-first century.
We won. Check and mate.
You're calling checkmate even though China and India are the world's fastest growing economies, have larger militaries, and own a large chunk of our economy? And let's not forget that we've turned over most of the industrial base that helped us win WWII. No, it doesn't matter who established the terms of the game, it matters who wins in the final analysis, and we're not there yet.
So the Egyptians lost because their empire's over? The Romans didn't win in their era because Rome fell?
What a narrow minded viewpoint.
The Romans had a lot of victories, but in the final analysis, they obviously didn't "win." I mean, if China surpasses the U.S. and becomes a major superpower while we deal with being way back in the pack, are you still going to stand there with your toungue out claiming to be the victor?
"USA, USA, USA" is the narrow-minded viewpoint, my sheltered friend.
