We won? What exactly did we win? History ain't over yet. You're right about source citation, though. A lot of it makes sense on a logical level, but it would still help its credibility.

No you could argue that those things are natural to the known universe. And you'd be right, but it was Western Civilization that figured them out and mastered them first. Just as we remember the Egyptians for their fancy geometric shapes of stone; the future citizens of Earth will remember the West as the source of the technological renovations of the twentieth and at the very least early twenty-first century.
